1. Welcome to EZZI

  • By accessing ezzi.trade (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Service. Welcome to the community.
  • EZZI is a community rewards protocol built on Solana — fair scoring, on-chain rewards, zero gatekeeping.
  • You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this Site.

2. What We Promise

  • 70% of the EZZI supply goes to the community — the wallets that earn it through on-chain activity.
  • Genesis LP is locked on-chain and auto-compounds from protocol fees.
  • Mint authority and freeze authority are revoked after launch — fixed supply, no inflation, no seizures.
  • The leaderboard and scoring logic are public and verifiable on-chain. No black box, no hidden rules.

3. Fair Play

  • You agree not to manipulate, farm, or exploit the scoring system through bots or automated wallets.
  • The anti-bot model automatically down-weights uniform bot patterns, so real humans are always rewarded first.
  • You agree not to attempt to disrupt the Site, its backend, or the experience of other community members.
  • You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

4. Self-Custody & Transactions

  • The Site never holds, controls, or has access to your private keys — by design.
  • All transactions are signed locally by you in your wallet (Phantom, Solflare, etc.).
  • You are always in full control of your wallet and your tokens.

5. Availability

  • We operate a live on-chain service on Solana mainnet. Network conditions are managed with automatic RPC failover.
  • We continuously monitor, heal, and upgrade the infrastructure so the community experience stays smooth.

6. Liability & Warranty

  • The Site and protocol are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZZI and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • EZZI tokens are earned community rewards — not financial instruments, not investment contracts.

7. Changes

  • We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect the growth of the protocol. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
  • We may suspend access in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of the Fair Play rules.
